3 courses to those who would like their delicacies a bit lighter.

  • Salted Salmon in Thin Slices with Asparagus, Smoked Cream Cheese and Radishes
  • Oven Baked Turbot with Vegetables, Accompanied by Couscous, Eggplant Dip and Tabouleh
  • European Berries with Yogurt Ice Cream and Honey

Starter and dessert are plated, only a scoop of ice cream is needed on the dessert. The main course is served family style. The menu is accompanied by bread.
