Our take on bouillabaisse with lots of fresh fish, seafood and herbs. Flavored by saffron, mild chili and pastis. Accompanied by rustic baguette, aioli and grated Gruyère.
The soup contains:
Fish, herbs and seafood are ready to serve and only need to be heated in the oven. Make the soup boil and pour it over the filling in cups, deep plates or a tureen. Heat the baguette in the oven with grated cheese and serve smoking hot.
